THE EVENT
Relational health is one of the most impactful areas of our life, and so much of what plagues us is born out of a simple lack of knowledge and understanding. Tonight we invite intimate partners to join the conversation (consider buying an extra ticket and making a night of it!). We actually can find MORE intimacy through the transitional phase of menopause simply by being better informed and understanding a woman’s unique hormonal experience. Our intention is to make this conversation authentic, rich, and respectful.

A 4-part women’s wellness series featuring expert-led conversations on hormones, metabolism, sexual health, and the profound impact of perimenopause and menopause on our bodies, minds, and relationships. Women’s health is more than just diet and exercise—it’s about understanding our evolving bodies and making informed choices for lifelong well-being. We deserve real answers, data-driven insights, and a safe, empowering space to navigate these topics together.
